Since we provide website design for free to our clients, we lose out on time and money with each client. Our pricing is over 50% less than other website design companies.

Website design is a lengthy, expensive & time consuming task. In the instance of a disagreement in quality of the website designer’s work, Yumsah’s owner who is separate from the website designer, will decide if the client gets a refund. 

We are based on a month to month service. You can cancel anytime you want with no fee if you decide to not continue with a website design service provider.

We operate with small profit margins to keep our services affordable to small business owners who want to grow their business. Therefore our clients rent on a month to month basis.

After 24 months of service you become the owner of your website and are free to move or transfer your website. Domain transfer fee is $50.

Although it is possible, it is not recommended as pausing your website may affect your Google rankings. If you need time to figure out financial situations let us know to see if there is anything we can do for you. If you decide to pause your website subscription, let us know a month in advance so we can pause the billing cycle.

These things unfortunately happen. According to Google, 1 out of 25 websites get hacked. 

Luckily with a Business or Business Plus plan, we will rebuild or restore your website in a short time. If the content is inaccessible, we will require you to send your business information again to proceed. 

Monthly payments will be running as scheduled during this time. If you have the standard plan you will need to pay $100 for us to re-do the website.

Your first monthly payment starts as soon as we have all the information about your business to start designing. Typically our expert website designer takes 3 full days to get a presentable first draft ready for revision. Once you request all your desired changes, we can take up to another 3 days to bring you a final draft.

We can help you with basic content writing such as fixing grammar errors, run on sentences, etc. You know your businesses’ services better than we do. We can send suggested topics for you if you need brainstorming ideas for you to write.

Alternatively, we also offer content writing services in which we will do a deep research on your business niche. This way besides your own pricing & services, we take care of the rest to keep it completely hands-off.

Website editing is done at 30 minute intervals. This only includes changes such as moving or changing text, colors, moving around sections, adding promotional content and such. If your desired task takes a significantly longer time than allotted, the editing time comes to $20/30 minutes.

Only we can edit your website to protect your website from being accidentally deleted or altered. Your editing time does not roll-over if unused.

Your editing time can be used to add or remove holiday promotions, change business hours, look for new employees, changing pricing and changing colors/text.

You can text or email us for any changes and we will take care of the updates as soon as an hour and as late as 24 hours. For larger updates we may need  72 hours.

If you refer us to a friend or business and they successfully sign up, you will get a $50 credit once they reach 2 months of service with Yumsah’s Website Design!
